London
Leather, lace and a white coat move through hard sunlight, stone streets and the London Underground.
This editorial uses the city as part of the composition. Railings cut across a portrait, a doorway holds a full silhouette, and passing trains introduce movement around a still figure.
The styling shifts from dark leather and lace outdoors to a white coat under the Underground lights. Close portraits keep the story personal; wider frames give the looks room to occupy the city.
I like the tension between a considered pose and a location that keeps moving. The resulting sequence is direct and expressive, with the clothes, the face and the surroundings each taking their turn.
