Role: Photography
London
A London Fashion Week edit of experimental silhouettes, expressive portraits and clothes that make their presence felt.
Volume is the thread through this selection: rounded shapes, oversized outerwear, flowing fabric and sculptural details. The photographs move from a complete look to the small gesture or expression that gives it character.
Runway frames sit beside portraits and moments around the show. A change of distance lets the edit move between the design of a garment and the confidence of the person wearing it.
I am drawn to fashion that asks for a second look. Here, strong colour and unexpected proportions give the sequence its energy; a consistent photographic point of view keeps the different looks in conversation.
